Since we do not have access to your money and do not limit the amount of withdrawals, we cannot charge a partial payment for the actual period of use of the platform in cases where you decide to stop using GT App.

For this reason, the company has a no-returns policy. Please consider this before starting to use our platform.

The model of our memberships assumes that until the profit limit expires, all platform functionality remains active for the user.

In this regard, you can pause trading indefinitely, withdraw your entire balance and stop the strategies. At any time, you can resume working with our service.

We recommend that new users take full advantage of the available 3-day free trial to be able to make an informed decision about purchasing a membership. Once activated, the money cannot be returned.
